Within our traditional area of works we have a wide client base that ranges from main contractors and shop fitting companies to universities and end-user clients. We provide a wide range of services, which includes suspended ceilings , tape and jointing plus plastering finishes, dry-lining, demountable partitions and metsec metal frame systems.

Some examples of recent projects are provided below –

To date we have completed two Sainsbury’s extensions with a combined value of £110,000. Our scope of works on these projects included dry-lining, using both traditional plasterboard and fermacell linings and the taping and jointing works. These extensions are part of a new build concept for Sainsbury’s, which utilises more energy efficient, timber-framed construction methods.

We have constructed new office spaces as part of an on-going, 18 month refurbishment and extension programme at Bulmers premises. Our scope of works included the suspended ceiling, metsec metal frame, dry-lining and tape and jointing works.

Eminate are one of our end-user clients at Biocity, Nottingham. Eminate work within the food and pharmaceutical industry and we have undertaken several laboratory and office alterations over the last few years. It is of paramount importance that our excellent record, in respect of cleanliness, noise control and health and safety procedures, is stringently adhered to, whilst working in sensitive laboratory conditions. We believe that this is essential in order to maintain a close and good working relationship with our client.

This was a fast track project for the health service that included the removal and replacing of the suspended ceilings throughout the hospital and redecorating throughout. Very strict programming and managing of our site resources was needed for this project, as different areas of the hospital were still occupied and therefore to satisfy our client’s demands we had to ensure that critical areas of the work were both completed on time but also within budget.
